Saint Cloud (Cloud Computing) won practically wire to wire in the Maiden Special Weight, held on Saturday at Gulsftream Park. The black horse – this time – achieved a perfect start that allowed him to grow by just 5 furlongs over the tapeta, surpassing his debut when he gave advantages in the first jump.
The two-year-old colt, owned by Mark Schwartz and Ed Rogers, edged Mr. Tyson by 1/2 a length in 57.47 for the course. He was guided by Puerto Rican Edwin González, and is trained by Victor Barboza Jr, his third victory in the Sunshine Meet and number 52 of the season.
